Coloring eggs was an adventure. Izzy thew the eggs into the cups so hard the cracked, she has a good arm! Then the game was to tear up the newspaper and push herself away from he table. I got splashed with green dye. I am sure she thinks we are crazy for wasting time coloring eggs when we should be eating them.

Lost as Last Year's Easter Eggs

Well Izzy had some difficulty getting the egg hunt concept. She seemed to think she could only have one egg in her basket at a time. I think she was even more disturbed by the crinolines sewn into her dress. She just didn't seem to know what to do with her poofiness. Poor child, tormented by her mom. Austin refused to dress up and only agreed to the polo shirt and jean shorts after I begged. They turn into surly tweens so fast...

One of my favorite online families

One of my favorite online families has decided to go back for number 4 child! Whooo Hooo! Ralph is such a great mom, except for an occasional use of duct tape to subdue the kids. She always is there to support you, cheer you on, or just plain get mad for you if you have been done wrong! I really want to help them with the fundraising for child number 4. I have placed a link from their Chip-in account on my blog to make it easy to donate. No amount is too small, every little bit will help and you will give another Waiting Child a chance to come home from China and be part of a great family. I am trying to think of some give away ideas for those that contribute. I could teach you CPR for free but you have to live in the central Florida area. I could be a 24/7 nurse consultant for you, but for most of you I already am for free.....Give me some ideas of what would motivate you to contribute and I will see what I can do.

Quarantine!

Whatever infectious disease this is, it is spreading. Izzy and Austin are in a mad race for who can have the highest temp while on both Tylenol and Motrin. Izzy just finished her 10 days of antibiotics for an ear infection and now this. Austin is missing FCATs, and I am glad I turned down an assignment to work today.

Hopefully the guys in the white HAZMAT suites will be here soon to close off the block. I have to tell you. Taking care of 2 sick kids when you don't feel to hot yourself is a lot harder then one.

TB, Hunta Virus, Whooping Cough or a tick borne illness

I don't know which of these I have, but I think I have actually coughed up pieces of my lung. My ribs hurt so bad I cannot take a deep breath. I am not sure what the dangers of mixing Xanax and Delsym together are, but at some point I must sleep and stop coughing.

Since no one actually reads my blog, no one will ever know of my demise...Yes I am tired, sick, lonely and feeling a bit melodramatic.

Happy Birthday Faith

I sent my friend Fatih this Birthday Card Video. It is late. My life is late. I always seem to be running behind right now. We made a bithday card out of chalk and our driveway, the sun was so bright so it did not photgraph well. Then Austin and I traced each others outline on the driveway with chalk. He put x's as his eyes so he is watching way to much Anime on TV. Poor Izzy held captive by crazy Americans.

Izzy got her blood drawn today and did not even cry. I guess she is getting accumstomed to the torture.
